Haltech ECU engine calibration base map for Classic Mini A-series turbo cars

Car 1 - "Felix"

Class Mini A-series

Medium boost engine - approx 1 bar boost with quick spool, water to air chargecooler system, 5-port head, fresh forged engine build.

Base map and road tuning carried out.

Tune completed by Chris at EFI-parts on rolling road and continual improvements made by the end user.

Car 2 - 5-port initial build

Class Mini A-series

High boost engine - 1.4 bar boost large turbo, front mount intercooler, 5-port head, forged engine build.

Base map and road tuning carried out up to 1.4 bar.

Tune finished on hub dyno giving 188bhp at the wheels.

Car 2 - 16-valve head - work in progress

Class Mini A-series

16-valve K1200 BMW bike cylinder head fitted, targeting 300bhp at the engine!
